I was looking to change my small Ford KA for a similar sized fully electric vehicle to use as a runabout in town. We looked at the Smart FourFour EV and saw that Andrew had one for sale locally. Andrew was really helpful and explained the pros (and some cons) of an electric vehicle. After a test drive and some time to reflect and do our research, we decided to go for it. Andrew gave us a very competitive part-exchange price and delivered the car a week or so later. A very enjoyable experience all round and we would recommend Andrew unreservedly

Andrew is possibly the nicest person you could wish to buy a car from. He was really efficient with arranging the viewing, preparing the car, and getting all the paperwork together with only 2 hours notice! He took the time very patiently to explain all the details of the car, including how to drive an automatic as it was my first time. He is clearly very passionate about the automotive industry and this comes across in a very authentic way. He was kind enough to check up on me then next day (lets just say that I had a few challenges with getting familiar with an automatic). I spoke to countless Dealers before speaking to Andrew, I instantly after speaking to him knew that I was going to buy the car from him because of his professionalism and great customer service. Oh and I absolutely LOVE my Smart car, even though it is from 2013 it is in impeccable condition both internally & externally with very low mileage.

After viewing and dealing with lots of awful used car salesman who I wouldn’t pay a fiver too Andrew was a breath a fresh air.

We found the car online and Andrew was very accommodating and patient no pressure to buy at all. My wife initially viewed the car and then I did the day after with the children and buggy to make sure we all fitted.

Andrew supplied the car with a 12 month warranty and 3 months down the line we had an issue. A quick phone call to Andrew and all was sorted 2 days later back on the road and even a follow up call to ensure everything was ok, true customer service.

I wouldn’t hesitate in buying again or recommending Andrew Shipp autos, thank you.
